Need help with WaitingRoom or the Job Saver browser extension? Email info@waitingroom.work. Include what you expected, what happened, and your browser version. Do not send passwords, login codes, CVs, or other sensitive documents.

Browser extension setup

  1. Install WaitingRoom – Job Saver from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Review the first-run data disclosure and enable job detection.
  3. Open the extension popup on a signed-in WaitingRoom tab, or use Connect this extension on the browser-extension page.
  4. Open a job-detail page; the save card appears when a listing is detected.

Common fixes

  • Reload a job page that was already open when you installed or enabled the extension.
  • Use the toolbar button and choose Save job on this page to retry detection.
  • Open the extension popup and confirm that it shows your WaitingRoom profile.
  • Some search-result pages contain several jobs; open one listing before saving.

Privacy and account data

See the Extension Policy for detailed page-data handling and the Privacy Policy for instructions on accessing or deleting your data. You can remove individual saved jobs or delete your account from Settings.
